Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 2-3 days processing time for your order to be shipped. Once shipped, your order should take between 3-4 business days to arrive.

All orders ship free.

We ship anywhere within the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US at this time.
Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of arrival.
Products must be unused, with tags and original packaging fully intact to receive a refund.
Products returned after being used, with the original tags removed, or with original packaging missing/ damaged will not be refunded and will be sent back to the original address.
Items refused by the addressee will not be refunded.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at hello@suridesigns.co with images of the damage/ defect. You will be asked to return the product.
Refunds or exchanges for damaged or defective items will be provided at the discretion of the customer service team. Items can be exchanged for any items of the same value that are currently in stock on our website.
